Please note that each unit is entitled to ONE bin in attic storage and must have your pad lock and be identified with unit # & name. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. There are less then 10 bins that are unmarked in the complex. Thank you to all who have cooperated! We need to be 100%. Please take care of this NOW. Locks will be cut off unmarked units and property will be disposed of before the end of January 2012.
Please note: the association will no longer be mailing quarterly reports to owners. We will attempt to have available thru links on our website or you may attend a board meeting to obtain a hard copy. Please let us know one day in advance that you will be attending so that we may provide ample copies for attendees.

the above clause must be inserted into a binder written to Country Estates for any contract work done in your unit
